Robi Labs today announced the public release of Lexa Astra, the company’s newest model in the Lexa family, designed to teach, not just answer. Astra is now available to everyone for free until the full launch of the Lexa for Education program.
Built on Robi Labs’ proprietary Lexa MML architecture, Astra is engineered to guide users through complex subjects step by step — assessing their understanding, asking questions, and promoting active learning. It represents the next evolution of Lexa’s human-like reasoning and educational capabilities.

Part of the Lexa for Education Program
Astra serves as the foundation of Lexa for Education, a new initiative by Robi Labs aimed at integrating AI-powered teaching into classrooms, universities, and self-learning platforms. The program will officially launch in early 2026, giving students and educators access to tailored AI learning tools, institutional dashboards, and collaboration features.
Starting today, learners worldwide can try Lexa Astra directly on lexa.chat at no cost, ahead of the full Lexa for Education rollout.
