These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your use of Lexa, Picasoe, Framex, Khosk, XDream, and other products and services provided by Robi Labs (together with its affiliates, “Robi Labs,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms form an agreement between you and Robi Labs and govern your access to and use of our websites, applications, AI models, and other related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

If you reside in the European Economic Area (EEA), Switzerland, or the United Kingdom, additional terms or local rights may apply under applicable law.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information. It does not form part of these Terms but is an important document that you should read.

1. Who We Are

Robi Labs is an independent AI research and technology company based in Armenia. Our mission is to build next-generation AI models and tools that are human-centric, accessible, and ethical, enabling creators, researchers, and organizations to shape the future of intelligent systems.

2. Registration and Access

Minimum Age. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use our Services. Users under 18 must have parental or legal guardian consent.

Account Registration. You must provide accurate, complete information to create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activities under your account. If you create an account or use the Services on behalf of an organization, you must have authority to agree to these Terms on its behalf.

3. Using Our Services

What You Can Do

Subject to compliance with these Terms, you may access and use our Services for personal, research, or professional purposes, in line with our Usage and Content Policies.

What You Cannot Do

You agree not to:

• Use the Services in violation of applicable laws or rights of others.

• Reverse engineer, copy, sell, or redistribute our models, code, or systems.

• Use the Services to develop competing AI systems.

• Misrepresent AI-generated content as entirely human-created.

• Interfere with or attempt to bypass service limitations or protections.

• Upload or share harmful, illegal, or malicious content.

4. Content

Your Input and Output.
When you use our models (e.g., Lexa, Picasoe, Framex), you provide text, files, or other data (“Input”), and our systems generate results (“Output”). Collectively, these are “Content.”

• You retain ownership of your Input and, to the extent permitted by law, you also own the Output generated for you.

• You are responsible for ensuring your Content complies with laws and our policies.

• Due to the nature of AI, Output may not be unique or error-free. Other users may receive similar results.

Our Use of Content.
We may use anonymized or aggregated Content to improve model quality, detect misuse, and enhance system performance. You can opt out of this through your account or by contacting us at privacy@robiai.com.

Accuracy Disclaimer.
AI-generated results may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. You should not rely on AI Output as factual information or as a substitute for professional judgment.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in our Services, including software, models, research, and design elements, are owned by Robi Labs or its licensors.
You may use our brand name and logo only in accordance with our Brand Guidelines or with prior written permission.

6. Paid Accounts

Billing and Payment.
Some Services are paid. You agree to provide valid payment information and pay applicable fees. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.

Taxes.
You are responsible for any taxes associated with purchases unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation.
You can cancel at any time. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

Price Changes.
We may adjust prices with notice. Any increase will take effect upon your next renewal.

7. Termination and Suspension

You may stop using our Services at any time.
Robi Labs may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate these Terms or usage policies.

• We are required by law to do so.

• Your use poses a security, legal, or reputational risk.

We may also delete inactive free accounts after 12 months.

8. Discontinuation of Services

Robi Labs may modify, limit, or discontinue parts of its Services. If we discontinue a paid service, you’ll receive reasonable notice and a refund for unused portions.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided “as is.”
We make no guarantees that they will be error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly accurate.

You agree that your use of AI-generated Output is at your own risk and that Robi Labs will not be liable for any reliance on such Output.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Robi Labs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of $100 USD or the amount paid by you in the 12 months prior to the incident.

Some jurisdictions may not allow these limitations. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent allowed by law.

11. Indemnity

If you are an organization or business, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Robi Labs, its affiliates, and personnel from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, excluding its conflict of law principles.
Disputes shall first be resolved amicably. If unresolved, they will be subject to the courts of Yerevan, Armenia.

If you believe your intellectual property rights have been violated, contact:

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Major changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of our Services after changes means you accept the new Terms.
